Subscription Update Obituary

     Florence B. (Dusoe) Tudor, 92, died on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, in the Life Care Center of Auburn after a brief illness.
     Her husband of 47 years, Charles L. Tudor, died in 1990. She leaves two children: Roger L. Tudor and his wife, Patricia A. (Cournoyer) Tudor, of Oxford and Rita M. Wilbur and her husband, David R. Wilbur, of Humboldt, TN; five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; two sisters: Theresa Martel of Palm Desert, CA, and Alice Embury of Lake Elsinore, CA; a brother, John D. Dusoe of Sterling; and nephews and nieces.
     In addition to her husband, she was also predeceased by her parents, George H. and Mathilda (Lecour) Dusoe; three brothers and three sisters.
     She was born in Worcester on April 3, 1920, and was a 1939 graduate of Commerce High School. She moved to Millbury in 1969.
    Mrs. Tudor worked as a molding machine operator for 10 years at Wachusett Molding, West Boylston, before retiring in 1982. Previously, she was a machine operator for many years first at Baldwin Chain Co. and then at Worcester Molding Co., both in Worcester.
     She was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Parish, Millbury. An expert at crocheting, she also enjoyed knitting, embroidery, beading, and hooking and braiding rugs.
     Her funeral service will be Saturday, March 2, at 9:30 A.M. in Turgeon Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Millbury. The Reverend Paul M. LaPalme, Pastor of St. Brigid, will officiate. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours at the funeral home will be Friday, March 1, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Please omit flowers. Donations in her memory may be made to the Massachusetts Veterans Shelter, 69 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605.
