Ethel Marie (Coates) Wilson, 83, died Monday, June 17, 2013 at St. Mary Healthcare Center. Her husband Nathan Wilson predeceased her in 1999. She leaves a brother John E. Coates of Worcester; several nephews and nieces, and several great and great-great nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by four brothers, Richard, Walter Milton and Robert Coates.
Ethel was born in Worcester, daughter of Eugene and Rosa (Jones) Coates. She once worked at Barnard’s and Denholm’s, and in later years she worked at TSI Labs. She was a longtime member of Mt. Olive Pentecostal Church.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 21 at 11:00 am at Mt. Olive Pentecostal Church, 60 Highland Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A visiting hour will also be held at church on Friday from 10 am until the time of the service.
