Subscription Update Obituary

     Elizabeth Ann (Pollard) Grady, 93, of Worcester died Thursday, June 13th 2013 in UMass Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus in her granddaughter, Kristy’s arms. Her husband of 62 years, Ronald R. Grady died in 1999. She leaves a son, Ronald T. Grady, Sr. of Auburn; two daughters, Patricia A. Topalian of Auburn and Eva G. Nowalski of Worcester; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Dora Orcutt.
     She was born in Brooks, Maine the daughter of Frederick and Dora (Littlefield) Pollard. Elizabeth worked at State Mutual Insurance Company for 12 years in the claims department retiring in 1969 at the age of 50. After retiring she moved to Fort Myers, Florida and lived there for 26 years. She was a member of the former First Christian Church. Mrs. Grady enjoyed crocheting and making calendars and napkin holders.
     Her funeral is Monday, June 17th with a service at 11:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
