Elise Marie Gagne, 25, of Holden passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the loving arms of her parents at Boston Children’s Hospital, after an illness.
Elise was born in Worcester on August 25, 1987. After residing in Rutland she moved with her family to Holden in 1991. Elise attended the Assabet Valley Collaborative School for 19 years, completing the program in 2009. Since then she has attended Seven Hills Academy in Devens.
Elise loved all Disney music, especially Mary Poppins; Dr. Seuss books, her tons and tons; and her computer. She travelled to Bermuda, Canada, visited Disney World, the Grand Canyon, Arizona and Martha’s Vineyard. Elise loved horseback riding, always was smiling and never complained.
She leaves behind her loving parents Dr. James and Marybeth (White) Gagne of Holden; her big little brothers, Patrick Gagne of Phoenix, AZ; and her dog, Kramer who misses her greatly. She also leaves Uncles and Aunts, Philip and Debbie White of Spencer, Thomas and AnnMarie White of Worcester and Andrew and Judy White of Rochdale and Dr. Raymond and Margaret Chagnon of Farmington, CT; her cousins, Matthew, Danny,Derek, Tim, Mike, Dennis, Christine, Brian, Patrick, Braeden White and Ross Chagnon and her best friend, Colin McCarthy of Holden. Elise was predeceased by her grandparents, Victor and Sophie Gagne and George and her “Huff Huff” Barbara White, who died this year before Elise, who is waiting in Heaven to receive her.
A Funeral will be held Thursday, December 20, from CALLAHAN AND FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Mary’s Church, 114 Princeton St., Jefferson. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting Hours are Wednesday, December 19 from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
