Althea J. (Clemence) Lindberg, 74, died Friday, August 16, 2013 in Memorial Hospital.
     Her beloved husband of 46 years, Harold E. Lindberg, died in 2008. She leaves her daughter, Teri Walker and her former husband Wayne; son, David Lindberg and his companion, Jennifer; 2 grandsons, Peter Bosse Jr., Justin Bosse, and a granddaughter, Courteney Lindberg and her mother, Carrie, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Audrey Mackenzie of Arizona.
     Born in Worcester, daughter of Earle and Madeline (Gibson) Clemence, she graduated from Commerce High School, and worked for 8 years at Paul Revere Insurance Co. then 30 years as an instructional assistant in the Worcester Public Schools. She enjoyed cruises, and spending time with family and friends.
     Per her wishes, a public graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 20 in the Valor Section of Worcester Co. Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jimmy Fund. Caswell-King Funeral Home is directing arrangements.
