Subscription Update Obituary

     Albert J. Robichaud, 82, of Worcester, died on Wednesday, February 6th in his home while surrounded by his family.
     Mr. Robichaud is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth M. (Thebeau) Robichaud; two sons, Paul J. Robichaud and his wife Pat and Denis A. Robichaud and his wife Ann, all of Worcester; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. Al was born Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada and is predeceased by a half brother Roger Richard.
     He worked for the R.H. White Construction Co. for over 35 years. Mr. Robichaud was a longtime member of the former Holy Name of Jesus Church, and belonged to the Golden Age Club at the church. Al worked as a volunteer at the Holy Name of Jesus Bingo and also volunteered his time as a driver for cancer patients.
     The funeral will be held on Monday, February 11 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Peter’s Church 931 Main St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, February 10, from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
